  • Is your work guaranteed?

    Absolutely! We stand by our work with a 24-hour guarantee post-visit, ensuring 100% client satisfaction. However, it's important to note that we're unable to rectify issues arising from weather conditions beyond our control.

  • Do you offer window cleaning?

    Yes, we do offer window cleaning services! We recommend booking your initial window cleaning service for the days following your initial total patio clean-up for optimal results.

    However, it's important to note that while we strive to provide excellent service, Backyard Butler is not responsible for pre-existing damages, including broken glass, screen tabs, torn screens, aged screens, tabs, seals, frames, or window operation and which we will make note of at the time of your free quote assessment and at the beginning of your scheduled service.

  • How can I reschedule a cleaning?

    Please contact us at (817) 888-8439 for rescheduling, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your preferred day of the week and time. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee fitting you in before a specific date.


    In the event of inclement weather, Backyard Butler reserves the right to cancel scheduled services for the safety of our team and clients. While our office will strive to reschedule your appointment promptly, we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of all parties involved.

  • What if bad weather is forecasted on my cleaning day?

    We closely monitor the ever-changing Texas weather and aim to provide timely communication before any potential weather events. We'll offer options to cancel, reschedule, or proceed with your service, taking into account forecasted conditions.


    Should you choose to proceed with your service on a day with forecasted weather, rest assured that our teams will work diligently to complete the service safely and efficiently. However, please understand that Backyard Butler reserves the right to cancel scheduled services for the safety of our team and clients.
